I used to book through this hotel and I got free for car parking... Its really appreciated. Need to improve more of non smoking room to stop the stupid people from smoking inside the room...

- Only 5-7 mins of walk to King Abdullah expansion - Check in took 30 mins but the reception staff were very coridal and helpful - Free Arabic coffee in the reception - Rooms are clean and comfy; beds are spacious with mattresses neither too soft nor too hard - Has bedside mobile charging station - Wifi and climate control worked properly - Great set of toiletries including body soap, shower gel, body lotion, shaving kit, dental kit, shower cap, shampoo, and conditioner - The coffee machine in the room worked - Provided room service everyday; gave generous replenishment of toiletries and tea/coffee sachets - Provided free parking till 15th of Muharram as they had promised - Bathroom faucet was leaking but they promptly repaired - Nice bukhoor burning in the lobby - Ample number of elevators and they were always available (very little wait time) - Breakfast is varied; quality above average - Overall the hotel was clean and offered a wonderful stay
